About Us

Bayt-ul-Islam was launched on August 2009 and one the primary reasons we launched the site was to create a site which had centralization as one of it's key components. What do I mean by centralization I mean the centralization of information of the Islamic Sciences such as Sarf, Nahwu, Tajweed, and Fiqh to name a few. Often times I searched for a specific document and I was lead to a site which then lead to another site. In short I had to go through so much trouble just to find a particular document. This is where baytulislam.org comes in. Although we may not have every single book on every subject, but we do pride our selves in having a broad range of documents which are the most essential in the scineces. We also beagan to link other sites which have very valuable resources on different subject matters. We have also pledge to bring you some documments that we are currently translating ourselves. This is one of the goals we have, which is to create an open-source of knowledge in which we will be able to add to and edit each others publications. One of the sources of inspiration behind the web site is the late Shaykh Jamal ud Deen Ahmad (Rahimullah) of Los Angeles, CA and Co-Founder of this site. The Shaykh was instrumental in lending his knowledge for the creation of the selection of our books section. For those of us that were his students this is a road map of sorts and a legacy that the Shaykh left his students. So we hope that you will find our website usefull and benificial to you by Allah's permission Insha' allah.
As-Salaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatu.
